Jan Nerone LMBT #10415

Jan is an experienced massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue therapy. She has practiced massage all her life, and in 1999, she began her professional training at the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh. The Medical Arts School was founded by Jerry I. Goynias, Licensed Physical Therapist, who saw a need for massage therapists with more extensive training in anatomy and western clinical medical massage technique. Jan is also a Wilderness First Responder and an avid outdoorswoman. She has a deep knowledge of outdoor sports and their common injuries. Jan has used her solid medical foundation and personal interests to create a unique style that is effective for pain relief, stress reduction and sports issues.

Jan describes her technique as customized massage therapy with an emphasis on deep tissue work to ease stress, reduce pain and improve overall health. For those who are interested, she also specializes in Reiki to assist with your emotional and spiritual growth and healing.
